The Church of St Mary the Virgin dates from the 13th Century, and maybe earlier. The school and the church have had a connection since the mid 1800's. Today the link is as strong as ever. The children can often be seen in Church and in the churchyard using this great resources to support not only curriculum learning but also spiritual growth.
