Breakfast Club

To enable all our children to have fun safely, reasonable behaviour is essential. The Club expects, and will encourage children to behave responsibly and to respect both staff and each other. Children are expected to respond to requests from staff. Repeated disobedience and/or persistent anti-social behaviour could disrupt the Club for all. Consequently, the Club reserves the right to terminate membership.

Operating times and charges:

7.45 - 8.45 Mon – Fri term time

The charge is £5.00 per day.

A breakfast will be provided – yogurt, fruit, Cereals, toast, spread etc will be available. The Club welcomes children from all year groups within the school, in accordance with our admissions policy. The Puller Memorial Primary School Breakfast Club operates before school during school term time. The Club is run by trained staff who plan activities for children to have fun and learn whilst playing. Activities including games, drawings, crayoning, problem solving activities, jigsaws and puzzles. There is also a quiet area for reading and study, with a staff member to help and encourage the children.

All staff are DBS checked for their suitability to work with children.

There is always a trained first aider available.

The premises and equipment have passed rigorous inspection by Officers of Hertfordshire County Council.

Children are signed in, and will only be permitted to leave with an authorised person.

Staff are skilled and trained to encourage safe, active play promoting learning and group activities.

After School Club

Currently the after school club is running from Monday to Friday, Monday and Tuesday club ends at 5.30pm and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday pick up time is 5pm.

The club is open to all ages of Puller Memorial School children and the cost is £5.00.
